Which Cancer Surgeries Are Performed?

- Kidney Cancer: Removal of the tumour or part/all of the affected kidney depending on the case.

What Is Laparoscopic Cancer Surgery?
Laparoscopic cancer surgery is a minimally invasive approach performed through small incisions using a camera and specialised surgical instruments. It may be suitable for selected cancers and is not appropriate for every patient.
The surgical approach is carefully selected after evaluating the cancer and planning the extent of tissue removal required. Open surgery may be recommended when it provides a safer or more appropriate treatment.
